1. Service-Based Nature

Please note that PR Fame primarily offers customized service-based solutions including PR campaigns, digital media promotions, press release creation, media placements, and event management. Due to the tailored nature of these services, returns are not applicable once the service has been initiated or delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery of service: If the service has not commenced within the agreed-upon timeframe due to internal delays.

  • Duplicate payment: If a payment was accidentally made more than once for the same service.

  • Cancellation before initiation: If a request for cancellation is made before the service has commenced and before any resources or time have been allocated.

Refunds will be issued only after a review and approval by our billing or service team.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after the campaign or service has started.

  • Delay caused by client-side approval or content submission.

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective results (e.g., reach or engagement), provided the agreed scope of work was delivered.

  • Services that are already rendered or executed (fully or partially).

  • Customized or time-sensitive campaigns (e.g., press releases tied to specific dates).


4. Process for Requesting Refund

To request a refund, please email us at sales@prfame.com with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Invoice Number

  • Date of Payment

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Supporting documentation, if any

Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision within 7–10 business days.


5. Mode of Refund

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 10-15 business days of approval. Any payment gateway or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Modifications to the Policy

PR Fame reserves the right to modify or update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
