Welcome to PR Fame, a unit of FamIesta Business Solutions, based in Mumbai, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, digital platforms, and any services provided by us. “Client”, “you”, “your” refers to the individual or entity engaging PR Fame for services.

“PR Fame”, “we”, “our”, “us” refers to the PR agency operating under FamIesta Business Solutions.

“Services” refer to all PR-related offerings, including but not limited to media outreach, press release drafting, influencer collaboration, digital campaigns, event promotions, etc.
2. Scope of Services
All services are provided based on the mutually agreed scope of work and timelines as outlined in the proposal or contract. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and timely information required for the delivery of services.

Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.

Abide by payment terms outlined in the invoice or agreement.

Avoid using the services for any unlawful or defamatory purposes.
4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be mentioned in your service contract or invoice.

All fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, unless required by law or authorized in writing.
6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by PR Fame remain the intellectual property of PR Fame until full payment is received.

The client may use delivered materials only for agreed purposes and may not resell, redistribute, or modify without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PR Fame shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Performance results such as audience reach or media engagement not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a contractual KPI.

Delays caused by client inaction or external factors (e.g., third-party platforms or vendors).
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice, provided no ongoing work is disrupted. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date are payable by the client.
PR Fame may terminate services immediately if:

The client breaches these Terms.

Payments are overdue beyond the grace period.

The client engages in unethical or illegal practices.
9. Third-Party Links and Vendors
Our services may include content or tools from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
If we act as a marketplace for third-party PR service providers, PR Fame acts only as an intermediary and does not guarantee or take liability for those vendors.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
